Role: Projects Director

Salary: Dependent on experience, pro rata, 4 days per week

Contract: PAYE 12 months initially

Probationary Period: One month

Purpose of the Job

The Projects Director will work with the CEO, the board and our small team to ensure the overall smooth-running of the organisation, lead on the ongoing delivery of our current projects and programmes, and build new strategic partnerships to sustain the growth of the organisation to underpin the delivery of our future vision.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of project management and programme delivery, who can work strategically on both the long-term preparation and delivery of the Business Plan as well as overseeing the short-term delivery of our current programmes to achieve high impact for our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ideally be creative, with strong leadership skills and a passion for working with young people.
