The Creative and Cultural Opportunities (CCOP) programme is a pre-employability boot camp that arms you with the tools you need to get into the creative, cultural, digital and technology sectors.

Lasting between two and three weeks, CCOP offers resources and support to set you up for success. As a young person on the programme, you can partake in masterclasses and workshops at the Good Growth Hub led by people in the industry, and make the most of one-to-one careers advice and guidance. You can also take advantage of employability sessions covering everything including CV and cover letter training, social media training, pitching, interview skills, how to come up with ideas and more. CCOP’s dedicated team are there to lend a hand at every stage of the programme, helping you source and apply for live job opportunities and set goals for your career.

Not only does CCOP upskill you as a young person, but it seeks to bridge the gap between local talent and local businesses. Between the professional connections that you’ll build and the job prep you’ll be guided through, CCOP is the perfect programme to get started in the creative industries.

How to get involved

The next bootcamp for CCOP will start in Spring 2022.
